Happy Wednesday! Today's teaching demonstration was led by Autumn, who led us through thinking about "bad" writing - what we consider it to be and how we can leverage it to think about effective writing. After talking about other people's bad writing, we practiced it ourselves. In writing poems and bio statements and sharing them, we had more fun than a barrel of monkeys and we dug it like a ditch. |
After lunch, we sat down with Dr. Paul Prior, who led us in a discussion about remediation, student experiences, play, and identities (heady topics for a conversations for what felt like a light and engaging conversation!).
